Suggested Use
Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 2.5 mL (1/2 tsp) orally, up to 3 times daily - until symptoms subside. May be diluted in hot water. SHAKE WELL before using.
Preventative Usage Tip: Take 2.5 mL (1/2 tsp) orally once daily when light symptoms appear or before exposure to individuals with cold symptoms. Stop when symptoms subside. If symptoms intensify, increase to the full dosage as indicated.
Children under 12 years: Ask a doctor before use.
To remove alcohol content, add desired amount of remedy to 1/4 cup of filtered water and bring to a boil on the stove (do not microwave) for 1 minute.

Stop use and ask a doctor if:
- Symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen
- New symptoms occur
